This webinar details the two phases the Belgian NSA has been carrying out when assessing service providers concerning ATSEP training and competences. These phases are the Implementation phase and the Audit Phase. Additionally, difficult points raised during the verification of the requirements will be addressed. The presentation is followed by an interactive Q&A session.
About our speaker: Mr Eli Belinga Bomba
With an engineering background, Mr. Eli Belinga Bomba, has been working for more than 10 years in the Airport Department of the Belgian CAA where he was involved in 2 types of tasks: regulatory development (European and national level), and cerfitication and oversight. In 2019, he joined the Belgian NSA where his main tasks are the certification, the oversight and enforcement of ANSPs (skeyes, MUAC, ANSPs within FABEC). Additionally, he is in charge of the Interoperability requirements, the monitoring of skeyes ATC units rosters, and of the ATSEP training requirements. It is in the frame of this last responsibility that he will give the webinar on ATSEP training.
