CANSO Asia-Pacific Conference 2014

The CANSO Asia-Pacific Conference will take place in Colombo, Sri Lanka from 5 May 2014 to 7 May 2014. This year, the conference is centered on the theme “Enabling Safe and Sustainable Air Transport Growth in the Asia Pacific”.

Today, millions of jobs and billions of dollars in GDP are supported by aviation in the region and with passenger numbers set to triple by 2030, the future prosperity of the region will depend on its ability to handle the projected traffic growth well. This conference will examine the challenges and opportunities of growth and how ANSPs and their industry partners can work together to ensure that the projected increase in air traffic will be sustainable and managed safely.

This event will be attended by CEOs, Directors, and senior managers from ANSPs across the Asia-Pacific and beyond, and significant international partners such as ICAO, IATA, AAPA and leading industry suppliers.
