Event description
The objective of this traditional yearly rendezvous with CFMU Users is to collect users feed-back on operations and needs for developments, and to inform them on new services and tools that will facilitate their daily operations.
In addition this year, spurred by the Single European Sky initiative, EUROCONTROL will announce a major re-organisation, which will inter alia establish a new Network Management Directorate. This Directorate will include the CFMU in a wider scope, which ranges from airspace design, strategic ATM planning and Network Operations to post-operations analysis and performance monitoring.
Therefore the focus of this 2011 User Forum edition will be on how to work together as partners in the new Network Management perspective.
