Entry Point North is pleased to host the Seminar “Just Culture – a multidimensional concept” on 27-28 October 2015 in Budapest. Join us for an interesting two-day seminar where we explore the purpose of Just Culture, the obstacles as well as the views from the many different organisations. The highlights of the agenda are the following:
Why?
Why do we need Just Culture and what’s the purpose of it?
How?
How should Just Culture be implemented and what are the obstacles?
Who?
Who gets to draw the line between acceptable and unacceptable behaviour? (Sidney Dekker 2007)
When?
“When” is soon. This regulation comes in force by November 2015.
What?
What about discrepancies between EU law and national legislation?
The following organisations have been invited to speak (final agenda to be confirmed): European Commission (EC), CANSO, IFATCA, EUROCONTROL, HUNGAROCONTROL, AUSTRO CONTROL, THOMAS COOK
The event starts at 10.00 on 27 October and ends at 14.00 on 28 October. It will take place at Entry Point Central academy and is free of charge (including transportation from the hotel to the academy, two lunches and dinner on day 1). Participants need to cover their accommodation expenses. They are recommended to stay at Mercure Budapest City Centre Hotel for a special seminar rate 99 EUR/night. The booking should be done individually – you will receive a booking form together with your registration confirmation. We kindly request participants to book early and no later than 27 September.
