In the tower or behind the radar, you guide air traffic from take-off to landing and guide traffic high in the sky. You keep an eye on the aircraft and weather conditions and give pilots instructions on altitude, speed, course and on which runway they can land. You do that for all kinds of aircraft at the same time, so that's a lot of switching! Every day, the air traffic controllers at LVNL ensure the safe take-off and landing of hundreds of flights a day - for both civil and military aviation.
