ENGINEER- NETWORK & SYSTEMS SUPPORT

Reporting to the Manager Communication & Network, the engineer is responsible for maintaining and supporting the daily operations of our core network, virtualization infrastructure, and associated voice communication systems. Key responsibilities include conducting scheduled maintenance and providing ongoing support to ensure the optimal functionality and reliability of the local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), VMware Infrastructure, and Voice communication systems. This role also involves performing routine support activities to uphold the reliability, stability and efficiency of these systems.
