Connected Skies Forum in Portland, June 18-20, GUTMA annual conference
Bridging aviation and telecommunication for unmanned traffic management (UTM)
The Global UTM Association's big event this year is the Connected Skies Forum - GUTMA Annual Conference, supported by the GSMA IoT Programme and hosted by Intel, in Portland, Oregon, on June 18-20.
This will be the first-ever event to congregate the aviation, drone, and telecommunication industries for unmanned traffic management (UTM). There will be 300 technologists from these sectors to articulate common technical guidelines and deliver high-level outcomes. Connected Skies aims to cross-pollinate these fields and channel the drive in UTM into a consensual direction.
You can get a better impression from the event website, or from this event intro deck.
The technology-focused program covers a well-curated assortment of connectivity and interoperability features of UTM, organised in high-profile panels, buzzing sessions, interactive pop-ups and workshops, as well as tech-geek discussions. Representatives of ICAO, FAA, SESAR-JU, Japanese METI, ISO, ASTM, Airbus, GSMA, Intel, Verizon, Skyward, Unifly, AirMap, Altitude Angel, Boeing, AUVSI, NATS, DJI, NUAIR Alliance, Thales, Project Wing @X - just to name a few - will share their insights and latest findings.
Early Birds pricing ends on April 30. Don't be late, get your tickets here!
