ATM Transitions are more than just switching consoles on

Transitions are not just about getting technology ready for deployment, they are also about preparing the organisation to face the changes new systems will bring.

This includes adaptation to procedures, analysing the skill gap, performing safety cases, training all staff involved and planning and manging the transistions.

Above all transitions should be events to accompany the organisation to build trust and confidence in the systems which they wish to deploy....
