COMSOFTs Product and Service News at ATC Global 2011

AMSTERDAM/THE Netherlands, February 2011 Since the first event of this kind in 1996, COMSOFT has been presenting its portfolio on this global gathering platform for ATC/ATM suppliers and key buyers. The experienced surveillance and communication expert arranged for product presentations on CADAS featuring AIXM 5, the modular ATC automation solution PRISMA, product news of the Quadrant family - the ultra-compact ADS-B/MLAT sensor as well as ARTAS the EUROCONTROL tracker.

Special highlights are this years launch of RAPS 3XD, the enhanced version of the well-established, unique ASTERIX test and reference tool with a number of new features displayed on three unfolding LCD displays, and the novel military configuration MILRAPS catering for applications of the armed forces and the specific demands on the ASTERIX format defined by NATO.

Furthermore, COMSOFT shows the latest solutions properly managing the introduction of ICAOs new flight plan format: AIDA-FPL represents a universal gateway for automated conversions, and PRISMA reveals to visitors its integrated software module allowing for concurrent processing of both formats.

Visitors will be provided with the unique opportunity to get an insight in COMSOFTs strategy facing the transition from AIS to AIM by attending their seminar speech on Tuesday, March 8th at 3 pm titled Unleashing the collective power of the AIM/ATC Data Chain.
