Copperchase complete the installation of an ATC Data System at King Mswati III International Airport in Swaziland
Copperchase has successfully completed the installation of an ATC Data System comprising ATC Messaging and Meteorological Data Collection and Dissemination system at King Mswati III International Airport in Swaziland.
The airport went operational in March of 2014 and is providing regular flights to and from O.R. Tambo International Airport.
Maiden flight takes off at KMIII International Airport
The Copperchase system provides the AFTN messaging communications links (with email backup) between King Mswati III International airport and O.R. Tambo International Airport and Matsapha Airport.
The automated Meteorological System provides specific users with real time meteorological information such as Wind Speed and direction, temperature, humidity, pressure and cloud on Copperchase propriety displays with a specific layout to meet the airport user’s requirements.
Copperchase engineers provided onsite training for the airport engineers and continue to support the system through the Copperchase high security remote access system.
