Insero Air Traffic Solutions expands the team and increases focus on cost-effective and sustainable solutions
Over the past years, Insero Air Traffic Solutions (IATS) has experienced an increasing interest in its products and solutions. In particular, the solutions regarding ALCMS (Airfield Lightning Control and Monitoring Systems)/RCMS (Remote Control and Monitoring System) are growing business areas, where IATS expect further expansion and new installations in the coming years. To continuously meet customer expectations, IATS is now welcoming a new colleague, Benny Sønderby Hede, to the team. Benny will be the Head of ALCMS and a part of the IATS executive management team.
IATS is a growing business. The Denmark-based company experiences increasing interest from customers all over Europe and while growing, IATS want to maintain its invariable focus on building strong customer relations and creating solutions in close collaboration with the customers.
Benny Sønderby Hede will play an important role in that continuous journey.
As "Head of ALCMS", Benny Sønderby Hede’s primary tasks will be as project manager and day-to-day manager for the Remote Control and Monitoring System (RCMS) team. Benny comes from Terma in Lystrup, where he has been employed for almost 30 years in a wide range of managerial/technical roles, and most recently as Commercial Product Manager/Senior Systems Engineer in the Aeronautics business area. Benny was originally trained as an electronics technician, but has also been a software developer, and has continuously taken additional/further training (among others Merkonomy/Teknonomy courses at Aarhus Technical School, as well as a Master's degree in IT, Interaction Design and Multimedia at Aarhus University/ Aalborg University/University of Southern Denmark).
“With Benny Sønderby Hede, we get a capacity for IATS who can contribute to our continued growth, while his great focus on relations and close customer contact will ensure that we are at the forefront of our customer's future needs. I'm looking forward to that,” says Michael Houmann Tandrup, CEO of Insero Air Traffic Solutions.
Benny Sønderby Hede joined the team in Insero Air Traffic Solutions April 1 2023.
