On the stimulus of the International Aviation organizations committed in defining guidelines for autonomous runway incursion warning systems both EASA and FAA, MC Solutions presents today the innovative:

A r S Autonomous runway Safeguard

Innovative? Yes, because ArS is an affordable technological advancement in terms of budget and in terms of technological integration and of course equipment that is the enhancement of safety.

This has prompted us to share ArS innovation with regulatory institutions, with the ACI Europe Technical Committee on Operations and Safety, and with air traffic controller associations and ALPA international airline pilot association. This is the sharing value MC Solutions and Ars is the innovation born from the experience that has taught us to have an overall vision, not just restricted to the technology itself, to meet airport operational needs.

The application scenario for Ars technology detecting the transponder of aircrafts is either an operational category I airport, with frequent runway inspections, no ground radar, multiple runways and hot spots or blind spots to protect.

Or an operational category II and III airport where ARS is integrated into the CDU crossing detection unit by MC Solutions, already certified for FAA L-890. There are multiple integrations available up to and including a runway incursion system incorporated into the ALCMS and follow-the-green management.
