NAV Portugal and the FAA sign an Air Navigation Services Agreement
NAV Portugal and the FAA will sign on March 9th, at the ATC Global 2010 Exhibition in Amsterdam, a cooperation agreement to establish programs and arrangements regarding the development and safety of air navigation services.
This agreement includes the exchange of air traffic management data and other information concerning domestic and oceanic flights, using NAV Portugals Enhanced Traffic Flow Management and FAAs Traffic Flow Management Systems, namely trough the establishment of an Aeronautic Fixed Telecommunication Network connection.
The agreement will be signed at the EUROCONTROL Stand at the ATC Global Exhibition, at 3 P.M. by Augusto PEREIRA LUÍS e Alexandre KUHL DE OLIVEIRA, respectively President and member of the Board of NAV Portugal and Hank KRAKOWSKI, FAAs Chief Operating Officer.
