PATCO fights wage disparity
PATCO has initiated a program to address the substantial wage inequity within the FCT program between the Air Traffic Controllers and the Flight Service Station (FSS) Specialist.
At the present time, FSS specialist in the private sector are making more than 40% in wages compared to the Air Traffic Controllers who are also working in the private sector. This serious wage disparity needs to be addressed by the FAA / DOL immediately.
The Air Traffic Controllers in the private sector deserve better than what they are presently receiving. PATCO will fight to enhance and protect your profession, and ensure that your voice is heard.
