Ricochets technology to the Faroe Islands

Vágar Airport is the only airport in the Faroe Islands, a self-governing territory of the Kingdom of Denmark. The island of Vágar is a 40 min drive from the capital Torshavn. It is the main operating base for Faroese national airline Atlantic Airways. In 2011 the passenger-figures at Vágar Airport were 200.000 travellers. The Faroese Government has invested in extending the current runway. The new terminal will be completed in May 2014.
