About the Service

The State Aviation Service of Ukraine is the central body of executive power and in accordance with the Regulations on the State Aviation Service , approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 10.08.2014 No. 520, is a body of technical regulation.

The main tasks of the State Aviation Service:

  • Realization of the state policy in the field of civil aviation and use of airspace of Ukraine;
  • Making suggestions to the Minister of Infrastructure to ensure the formation of state policy in the field of civil aviation and use of airspace of Ukraine;
  • Organization of airspace use in Ukraine;
  • Implementation of state control and supervision over the safety of civil aviation, supervision over the provision of air navigation services.
