ABOUT CAAN
Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) was established as an autonomous body on 31st December 1998 under Civil Aviation Act 1996. CAAN has been set up with the objective of ensuring aviation safe, secure, efficient, regular and environmentally sustainable. It has dual functions: Regulator as well as Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP).
