Manager Air Traffic Control - Jersey

This role will lead and oversee the Air Traffic Control (ATC) team and operation in both strategic development and operational delivery. The position entails managing the tactical service delivery of ATC, ensuring a safe, secure, and efficient service for all aircraft under the Ports of Jersey (PoJ) jurisdiction.

Reporting to the Head of Airport Operations, the postholder will oversee the achievement of operational, safety, and Strategic Business Plan (SBP) objectives, while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards for air navigation services and controller training in Channel Islands airspace and at Jersey Airport.
