FREQUENTIS and Systems Interface Ltd. intensify their collaboration

The British company Systems Interface Ltd. (SIL) and Austrian based Frequentis have already been cooperating for some years. SIL, a leading ATC systems integrator, is using Frequentis components in their turnkey solutions. Now the collaboration is intensified – by March 1, Frequentis will become SIL shareholder.

SIL is specialized in turnkey systems in the Tower and Navaids sector. SIL's projects focus on Navaids, MET systems, airfield systems, and the integration of components for small to mid-sized towers. By March 1, Frequentis and SIL are pleased to announce their intensified collaboration: to strengthen the partnership, Frequentis will become SIL’s shareholder. The Frequentis Group’s portfolio in the field of ATM Civil will thus be extended.

SIL will continue business as an independent company; also its management team will remain unchanged. The company will further specialize in mid-sized and smaller iTWR projects and continue to work with its existing partners.
