AAIB report on Augusta helicopter crash in Vauxhall, London published

On the 16th January on a foggy morning in London an Augusta A109 helicopter fatally crashed into a crane housed on top of a building development in St George Wharf. The helipcopter struck the jib of the crane and crashed into the street near Vauxhall Bridge. The pilot and a pedestrian were fatally injured. The incident was attended by AAIB investigators and staff and the special Bulletin report has been published.
