Airport Infrastructure Russian event to start in Moscow in 2014
Reed Exhibitions, the world’s leading event organizer, announces launch of a new event in Russia – the International Airport Infrastructure Show and Conference (National Airport Infrastructure Show, NAIS). The event will run in March 4-6, 2014 in International Exhibition Center CROCUS EXPO (Moscow).
The development of the air transport infrastructure in Russian Federation is strategic and important for territorial connectivity and transport accessibility and has a direct influence on the economic growth of Russia. However, dynamic progress in the air service market is slowed by existing infrastructure problems related to the state of the airport segment. The inadequate equipment leads to disruptions in transport activities, declining the comfort and quality of the passenger services, and delays in deliveries. These problems are pressing for both hubs and low-intensity airports.
An airport complex is fundamental to the air-transport infrastructure; and any improvement in its operating efficiency and effectiveness depends directly on modernization of its technical and economic capacities. NAIS is the best platform for all professionals of the airport industry for networking and business development.
The National Airport Infrastructure Show NAIS is going to be held in Russia every year, starting from 2014. NAIS is focused on the large variety of the products and services required to form and develop airport industry in the Russian Federation and oriented to, first of all, their ultimate customers: airports, airfields, heliports, and airlines.
