Aviation industry’s renewed optimism: Positive response to launch of additional exhibition hall at inter airport Europe 2023
With two exhibition halls virtually sold out, exhibitors are embracing the recently opened additional Hall C6 at this year’s inter airport Europe, the leading trade exhibition for the global airport industry. Four months ahead of opening, 313 exhibitors from 33 countries have already booked their stand space, forming an impressive line-up of well-known international brands alongside promising startups and scaleups. Supported by an extensive programme of technical seminars and summit talks, this year’s event is set to boost technological advancement, strategic partnerships and investment that will shape the air transport industry over the coming years.
Taking place from 10 – 13 October 2023 at the Munich Trade Fair Centre in Germany, inter airport Europe unites industry leaders and tech suppliers from across the globe, with nearly three-quarters of exhibitors coming from outside Germany and several national pavilions resenting at the show.
The top five exhibitor countries are Germany, Italy, France, the UK and the United States. Around a third of exhibitors are newcomers on the show floor, reflecting a renewed interest in promoting and positioning innovative products on the global airport market.
The upcoming inter airport Europe offers an encouraging perspective on new and emerging technologies that will help airports streamline their infrastructure, systems, and processes whilst meeting rising costs and compliance, in particular in regard to reaching net zero carbon emissions by 2050.
Ongoing demand reflects desire to re-connect with a recovering industry With Halls B5 and B6 already tightly packed, prospective exhibitors are now looking to secure prime spots in the freshly introduced Hall C6. “Many airports and airlines are likely to attract or initiate further investment over the coming months, creating a new window of opportunity for airport suppliers. By opening up additional floor space in Hall C6, we offer further availability for companies wishing to position their brand in this recovering and re-emerging market”, says Olaf Freier, Portfolio Director of inter airport Europe, on behalf of RX.
Talking opportunities: 4-Day Seminar Programme at the Seminar Stage in Hall B5 The free-to-attend inter airport Europe Seminars offer a popular platform to present and learn about new approaches to current airport industry developments.
