DWI supplies GRPS to Air Macau

DWI is pleased to announce that the Macaus flag carrier airline, has adopted the GNSS RAIM/RNP Prediction Service (GRPS) Web-based User Interface to perform pre-flight RAIM checks for its PBN operations.
The web service provides a user-friendly interface allowing flight planners and dispatchers to store tail configurations, aerodromes, waypoints and entire routes to reduce workload and potential human error. Due to ease of use, a short training course, given over Webex, was all that was required for dispatchers to learn how to manage and operate the Web-based User Interface.
Air Macau will continue to receive support from the DWI dedicated support helpdesk. Were pleased to add Air Macau to the growing family of GRPS users. The GRPS will support their operations into Macau International Airport, covered by the upcoming Hong Kong CAD Basic-RNP 1 mandate being implemented (as well as at Hong Kong International Airport), said John Wilde, CEO of DW International. In addition, the service shall cover their operations to destinations such as Narita International Airport, Kansai International Airport, Taoyuan International Airport, Kaohsiung International Airport, Suvarnabhumi Airport and Singapore Changi Airport we apply no geographical restrictions to the pre-flight RAIM checks needed by operators.
