Easyjet executive appointed to NATS Board
Neil Mills, procurement director of low-cost airline easyJet, has joined the board of NATS Holdings Ltd.
Neil Mills was appointed by the Airline Group, a consortium of seven airlines which together hold a 42 per cent share in NATS, the UKs leading air traffic services company. He replaces Derek Stevens, who recently retired. Current board member Peter Read becomes Chairman of The Airline Group.
NATS Chairman John Devaney said: I would like to welcome Neil, who has a wealth of relevant experience, and will be a great asset to the Board.
An accountant by training, Neil joined easyJet 11 years ago and has worked in a range of roles before his present post, leading fleet transactions and with particular responsibility for the airlines airport and ground-handling costs.
The Airline Group consortium includes British Airways, bmi British Midland, Virgin Atlantic, Thomsonfly, Monarch, easyJet and My Travel.
