Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA) publish tender for Flight Calibration Services

The Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA) is inviting bids from flight calibration operators for the “Provision of Flight Calibration Services for the Seychelles Navigational Aids Systems (NAVAIDS)”.

The Tender is open for international companies that provides Flight Calibration Services for Navigational Aids Systems.

Twice Yearly for a period of three (3) years.

Interested bidders are informed that tender dossiers can be purchased via email procurement@scaa.sc as of Tuesday 06th February 2024 from 0900hrs to 1500hrs Seychelles Time (SCT) at a non-refundable fee of EURO 60.00 OR USD 65.00 OR GBP 55.00.

The Bank Account Number will be provided upon request and the tender dossier will be provided upon deposit of the fees.

Bidders can view this notice on www.pou.gov.sc or www.ntb.sc or www.atc-network.com.

The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is TUESDAY 20TH FEBRUARY 2024 AT 1500HRS (SCT). NO TENDER DOSSIER WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER CLOSING DATE.

Tenders should be submitted in English by accessing the portal which can be found on the NTB’s website with the project title to: National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/scaa-provision-of-flight-calibration-services-for-the-seychelles-navigational-aids-systems-navaids BEFORE 1000HRS SEYCHELLES TIME ON THURSDAY 14TH MARCH 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1000HRS (SCT).

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED
