SITTI in Jordan at Amman Marka Airport
Reality or Simulation?.......Both!
SITTI has successfully installed a new M800IP VoIP VCS for CARC ( Jordan Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission), at Amman Marka Airport.
Jordan Air Navigation Service Provider, ordered from SITTI a new Voice Communication System to meet their new simulative, real and operational needs. The provided system is the M800IP top-edge VCS, based on the latest available air traffic communications standards (EUROCAE ED137), adopting the latest state-of-the-art technology, capable of interfacing both simulated and real radio and telephone connections to easily accessible and graphically customizable Controller Working Positions.
The controllers of Queen Alia Airport and Marka Airport will have the chance to train and test for themselves on one of the most technologically advanced VCS, easily and quickly configurable, capable of reproducing real complex air traffic scenarios, according to the needed training sessions’ schedules, therefore contributing to a very high level of air traffic simulation management. At the same time operators will be able to safely and reliably manage the real air traffic flow in their competence area.
SITTI VCS systems have once more confirmed their full compliance with the customer’s requirements of a highly scalable and fully IP based system with dynamically configurable user positions.
The successful conclusion of the project underlines the advanced capabilities of SITTI in the field of Voice Communication Systems (VCS) and its commitment in achieving new technological targets, completely satisfying the continuous evolving of users’ requirements.
