Successful Site Acceptance Test for SITTI VCS in Indonesia

Continuing its expansion in the VCS market, SITTI completed the installation and set-up of two brand new MULTIFONO® M800IP® Voice Communication Systems (VCS) and ancillary equipment at two Indonesian sites. The supplied VCS systems come along with the latest Controller Working Position (CWP) version that allows controllers to easily and intuitively interface the Radio communication facilities provided by the MULTIFONO® M800IP® system. Installation, configuration, setting to work and commissioning phases have been successfully followed by Site Acceptance Tests. These latter proved the complete adherence of the supplied system to the Customer requirements and its positive reponse to the local operational needs.

The latest and most advanced IP technology provided by the MULTIFONO® M800IP® VCS family is put at the Customer disposal, together with analogue-to-standard IP modules. The supplied VCS systems is capable of interfacing analogue and VOIP radio channels, these latter based on the world VOIP ED137 standard, in order to provide local ATC controllers all the required facilities to best manage the traffic under their responsibility.
