We are governed by our own Board, and retain a unique brand identity, infrastructure and operating model, with two primary UK offices located in Alton (Hampshire) and Bristol. Our client list includes UK MoD, US DoD, Thales, BAe Systems, General Dynamics, L-3/IS, Serco, VCV, Corus, and EuroControl. Our involvement ranges from the provision of multi-disciplinary expertise in support of large scale procurement programmes to small one-off independent advisory commissions. Our involvement spans the entire procurement cycle from concept analysis, through feasibility and definition and production phases, into programme delivery, operational support and disposal. We are continuously involved in supporting the successful delivery of major investment programmes for both government institutions and prime contractors.
