ENAV: Appointment of board of Directors of Techno Sky

The Shareholders’ Meeting of Techno Sky, held today in Rome, appointed the members of the new Board of Directors who will be in office for a three-year term, from 2017 to 2019: Roberta Neri (Chairman), Massimo Bellizzi and Luca Colman (board members). The first Board of Directors, held following the Shareholders’ Meeting, appointed Massimo Bellizzi as a CEO.

All members of the new Board of Techno Sky, Mrs. Neri, Mr. Bellizzi and Mr. Colman, retain their offices in Enav, respectively as CEO, General Manager and CFO.

The appointment of the new Board reflects the group strategy to focus on the integration path between Enav and Techno Sky.

Techno Sky is a fully controlled subsidiary of Enav in charge of logistics and maintenance, that ensures complete and seamless operating efficiency and availability of Italy’s Air Traffic Control installations, systems and software products.
