Intelcan commissions Navigational Aids at Wroclaw International Airport in Poland
Intelcan successfully delivered, installed and commissioned its SKYNAV Instrument Landing System (ILS) and Distance Measuring Equipment (DME) at the International Wroclaw Airport. The ILS and DME systems are now operational and functioning as expected.
Intelcan provided an optimal amount of spares and a supply of sophisticated test equipment to the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA). This will ensure that PANSA’s technical team can perform fast and efficient maintenance service. The project included comprehensive training of PANSA’s engineers and technicians, through courses held in both Poland and Canada.
The SKYNAV ILS N8000 exceeds the highest standards for precise radio guidance in the aircraft’s final approach and landing. The SKNAV DME N9000 contains flexible configurations that offer: Single and Dual transponder and monitoring, Cold or Hot Standby configuration and Omni-Directional or Unidirectional Antenna systems.
